  • Are gift certificates available?

  • Yes! My Dinner Factory gift certificates make a fabulous gift for any occasion. Imagine how much a new mom would appreciate a 12 entrée delivery! College kids, retired couples, active families, single parents, busy professionals, or anyone who values healthy, delicious dinners and lots of spare time will love a gift certificate from My Dinner Factory. Any service from My Dinner Factory is available in the form of a gift certificate.

  • How are nutritional values calculated?

  • We have software that calculates nutritional values for our recipes. All values are based on 5 portions.

  • How many people will each entrée serve?

  • We design each recipe to serve 4-6 adults with adequate portions. If you are cooking for fewer people, we offer smaller containers for splitting your entrees for separate services. Be sure to package a few selections in large containers for special occasions and unexpected dinner guests. You are welcome to bring a friend along to help you and share the entrees if you want to split the cost between you.

  • How do I safely thaw my dinners?

  • Many of our recipes go directly from the freezer to the oven. The dishes that require thawing can be placed in a supervised cold water bath, the refrigerator or in the microwave.

  • How will I know how to cook my dinners at home?

  • You will affix cooking instructions to each of your entree pans. You will use the same pans for freezing and cooking. The directions are detailed and easy to follow. They also offer serving suggestions and wine selections that compliment each meal.

  • I'm a lousy cook; can I do this?

  • Absolutely! The recipes are easy to follow. All of the ingredients you need have already been prepared, your cooking tools have been arranged and culinary specialists are only a muffled distress call away. My Dinner Factory is here to make you look and feel like an executive chef, with equally impressive results!

  • I'm a great cook; will I enjoy this?

  • Positively! You will finally receive the red carpet treatment that celebrity chefs enjoy. Your "people" have prepared everything necessary for your creative work space. Go ahead, pretend you are hosting a cooking show and we'll clean up for you during commercial breaks.

  • Can I get creative at My Dinner Factory or must I follow the recipe exactly?

  • We want you to have fun cooking and enjoy the end result. If a recipe calls for an ingredient that you classify as an "enemy", leave it out. If you like to add some heat to your dishes, throw in some extra spices. If you are following a low carb diet or need suggestions for fat or calorie reductions, we can help you make substitutions.

  • Can I bring my children?

  • We welcome children over age 10 who will be coming to help and be your partner in the kitchen. You will be too busy to supervise little ones and kitchens can be dangerous for kids. Please arrange for children under 10 to be cared for at home while you are with us.

  • Can I bring a friend?

  • Yes, one person (but no more than one, please) may accompany you, but you must stick together. The number of reservations is limited to insure that there are always stations open and available. Make your way around the stations as a team, splitting the fruits of your labor if you so choose. If you have more friends or an organization you want to cook with, look into booking a private party. You'll have the kitchen to yourselves, and My Dinner Factory is a great outing!

  • How many people do I need to book a private party and how do I do it?

  • Private parties require a minimum of 12 people. You can schedule a private session in an open time available on our calendar or call us for extended hours at (239) 948-1688 for extended hours.

  • How often does your menu change?

  • We offer 14 new dishes each month, but requested favorites may appear a few times each year.

  • What if I'm not able to make it to my kitchen session?

  • We order the food you are going to prepare the day before your session so that we can make necessary preparations. Because we base our orders with our food distributor on your reservation, we can't offer a full refund once our order has been placed. If you discover that you will not be able keep your appointment and if you notify us before we place our order, we'll be happy to reschedule your visit. If you are not feeling well on the day of your session, we can prepare your meals for you so that you can pick them up. There will be an additional fee.
