Cooking Instructions:
THAW: Bake at 425F for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165F. Pour balsamic/apricot glaze over pork & put back in oven for approx 5 minutes.

A wonderful blend of spices, including paprika and cayenne pepper are mixed with sour cream, as a coating for this mild fish which is then rolled in italian breadcrumbs & ground pecans.

Cooking Instructions:
Frozen: 350F 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
Thawed: 375F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Dish should be checked at even intervals to assure proper cooking and care to avoid burning.

Coconutty Chicken Tenders

Hand trimmed chicken breasts are cut into "tenders" and dipped in buttermilk before they get rolled in a pecan/coconut mixture. The whole family will enjoy the sweet coating and you'll love how simple this is to assemble in our kitchen!

Cooking Instructions:
THAW: Bake for 15 minutes at 450F; reduce heat to 350F and bake 15 mins more. Broil for 1 min to crisp and serve. FREEZER TO OVEN: Bake for 45 minutes at 350F; increase heat to 450 for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F or chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

We marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk, roll them in crushed seasoned crackers and a Greek Seasoning mixture. Thaw. Bake 325F for 35 minutes uncovered. Can be served hot or cold.

Cooking Instructions:
THAW: Heat oil or coat deep skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side over med/high heat.(Until golden.) Spray baking dish with cooking spray and add chicken cover w/ sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until 165F.

SOOOO many requests to have this back on the menu! Lean ground beef mixes with our prepared rice/spice blend. You'll take home seasoning to make a tasty broth for meatballs to simmer in while rice soaks up the flavor. Kids love this. No porcupines were harmed making this dish!!

Cooking Instructions:
PREPARATION: THAW: In a skillet on the stove top, browm meatballs. Add 1 3/4c water to broth mixture and warm for 20 secs in the microwave. Stir. Pour over meatballs and simmer for 45-60 mins.
